As their family grew so did their desire to sell their current (larger) home in a beautiful subdivision and move out to the country. Brian and Ashley wanted some land so their children could have plenty of room to explore and play. They also were looking for a simpler lifestyle. Despite the complicated logistics of selling and buying at the same time...during Covid...we were able to help make their dream come true.
Every year we like to celebrate with our past clients, team members, and most loyal supporters by hosting a client appreciation party. In 2021 we celebrated at the Braves vs Giants Game in Truist Park. Check out the highlight video. It was so much fun we plan to do it again in 2022.
Living in a three bedroom ranch with twin one-year olds and baby #3 on the way was starting to get a little cramped for the Ogburns. They wanted to find a home close to the Marietta Square to raise their family. This presented a challenge considering the lack of homes for sale in the area. We kept both Keely and Matt apprised of homes immediately as they came on the market. With some patience and great guidance we were able to move them from house to house.
The Komar family was growing and they decided it was time to find a new home with additional space. Preferably a five bedroom, four bathroom family home in a favorable school district. They were ultimately looking for a place where they and their three boys would feel comfortable. Connie & Dan sold the family's previous home in Marietta and found them exactly what they were searching for in Kennesaw.
Kyle and Jen had purchased their 1969 starter home a few years ago and after many renovation projects decided it was time to sell. The couple was ready for a bigger place to call home and had a few desired requests. After the near-total renovation project of their first home, they were excited about the opportunity of selling and purchasing a new construction home in Marietta. They had grown to love the Marietta community and wanted to put down permanent roots. They also wanted to be within walking distance of the main square in Marietta which they frequented.
