Brian and Ashley were looking for a home where their four young children had room to run.  A place where they could hear the birds in the morning and see the stars at night.  They owned a beautiful home in a desirable West Cobb subdivision, but they were looking to sell that home and find a small acreage to raise their family....much like the lifestyle of Chip and Joanna Gaines in Waco, Texas.   

But…they needed to sell their current home before they could buy their next home and they were worried about the logistics of the move. Couple these concerns with handling all of this during the midst of Covid and trying to do it during the summer so they didn’t interrupt the kids school year, they decided to call Connie and her team to help make it happen..
